B-physics at the ATLAS Experiment at CERN
Speaker:DANIEL SCHEIRICH (Charles Univ. Prague)
Abstract:The ATLAS experiment is one of the four main experiments at CERN‘s Large Hadron Collider. One of the topics of its wide physics program is study of heavy flavor production and properties of B hadrons. In my talk I will give an overview of the ATLAS experiment, concentrating on the aspects of the detector most important for the B-physics program. I will also present recent results of few selected analyses, such as the measurement of the CP violation in Bs->Jpsi+phi decay, the measurement of the decay asymmetry of LamB->Jpsi+Lam, and the measurement of the branching ratio of the rare decay Bs->mumu
