| Abstract: | I derive the geometry of A-branes in Kähler manifolds from
a string world sheet perspective, extending results due to Kapustin and
Orlov that A-branes are supported on coisotropic submanifolds.
Special emphasis is placed on the role of noncommutative geometry
for (open string) tachyon condensation on coisotropic A-branes.
