Postdoctoral research position in theoretical particle physics

The research group of Prof. Anton Rebhan expects to have a fixed-term 2-year postdoctoral position in theoretical particle physics to fill by September or October 2024.

Candidates need a doctoral degree, preferrably experience at postdoctoral level, and expertise and a strong research record in theoretical particle physics, optimally with a focus on gauge/gravity duality, holographic QCD, and hadron physics.

Salary before tax is about 4,750 € (14 times per year), approximately 3,050 € (14 times) after tax. The Vienna University of Technology encourages in particular women to apply for new positions.
