| U-folds and K3 fibrations |

| Abstract: | We discus how N=2 solutions of type IIB string theory with D7-, D3-branes and fluxes can be described by a
fibration of an auxiliary K3 manifold. The dualities used to patch together those solutions are encoded in the
monodromy group of the fibre. As in F-theory, this description is expected to capture non-perturbative effects.
